I really like Wyeast 3725-PC Biere de Garde and have been using it for a few years. I went to spin up my washed yeast and there is nothing viable.

Anyone have some 3725-PC around still? I'm willing to work out a good trade or just pay.

Found the answer to my own question.....

So it seems like Austin Homebrew still has some in stock.

but I also found a similar strain from The Yeast Bay called Wallonian Farmhouse. It seems to produce some of the same flavors but has a higher attenuation and better flocculation.

WY3725PC
Temp. Range: 70-84°F
Attenuation: 74-79%
Flocculation: Low

Wallonian Farmhouse
Temperature: 72-80+ ºF
Attenuation: 81 - 88%
Flocculation: Medium
