hi i am a bit worried about conditioning my cider in the bottles because of bottle bombs and cloudy cider. is it possible to rack to a c02 keg then fill bottles from it when its fizzy ? or would a soda stream work,

Not sure what you mean by soda stream... but you could absolutely carb in a keg and then bottle from the keg if you wanted. There are quite a few threads around these forums dealing with that.

Although.... there really is nothing to fear from bottle conditioning. The key is making sure fermentation has finished before you bottle. Then you get to control how much priming sugar goes in and how much carbonation you get.

As far as cloudiness goes, the yeast and stuff in the bottle will settle on the bottom. You can pour perfectly clear beer/cider/whatever from a bottle conditioned bottle if you do it right.

ok thanks for your help, a soda stream is one of those things that carbonates drinks, well thats what we call em in england but it prob only does 1 litre at a time
