Is there a calculator that makes it easy to calculate how much water at one temperature you need to add to a volume of wort at another temperature to achieve a desired temperature?

I don't know of one offhand, but the calculation is relatively simple - just a weighted average. (Temp1 x Volume1) + (Temp2 x Volume2) = (TempFinal x VolumeFinal)

Plug in your values and solve for what you need.

I would guess temps in absolute values are needed, i.e., Kelvin or Rankine. Otherwise, I'd agree.

Celsius or Fahrenheit should work just fine for this. Absolute precision is not needed and we're talking about a relatively small range of temps.
