I brewed an extract Irish red a few months ago and i think it turned out really well. I would like to do my first all grain brew with similar recipe.

This was the extract recipe I used:
63.69% light dme
12.74% Amber dme
12.1 % biscuit
8.28 C60
3.18 roasted barley

for the All grain version I was thinking:
62% Maris otter
19% Munich or Vienna?
9% biscuit
6.28% C60
2.42% r. Barley

The hops will be fuggs and ekg to around 20 ibu.

How does the recipe sound? Any recommendations?

Thank you
TK

Sounds too complicated. For the extract something like 85% light DME, 13% amber DME and 2% roast barley / patent malt would be fine. You are looking at some colour but barely any flavour contribution in those ones.
