IPA recipe without standard C-hops (partial mash)

Trying my hand at a balanced IPA without using the standard C hops... looking more for a spicy/floral/fruity hop flavor with a touch of sweetness in the malt profile... i've been working on this recipe for a little while, picked up the ingredients today and plan to brew tomorrow... let me know what you think

60 min boil

Pale Malt (2 row) - 4lbs
Munich Malt - 1lb
Caramel 20L - 12 oz
Honey Malt - 4oz
Extra Light DME 3.75 lbs

Citra (13.5aa) 1oz 60min
Willamette (4.7aa) 1oz 15min
Willamette (4.7aa) 1oz 10min
Challenger (7.1aa) 1oz 5min
Willamette (4.7aa) 1oz 0min
Challenger (7.1aa) dryhop 7 days
Pacific Jade (14.2aa) dryhop 7 days

Mash at 150

Try Southern Cross (NZ), Palisades, Summit, Nelson Sauvin (NZ), EKG, etc for other non C IPA hops... Looks good though
 
Id go with some austrailian hops like galaxy, or new zealand hops, like nelson sauvin, riwaka, rakau, etc. Supposedly an awesome alternative to american C hops. I brewed an imperial black rye ipa with some galaxy, topaz, and rakau, and the fermenter smells amazing right now.
