IPA Hop Schedule Critique

Hey brewmasters! I finally got ahold of some Simcoe and Amarillo hops and am really excited to try them out tomorrow as late additions. Here is my hop schedule and was hoping you could give me some feedback. Thanks in advance!

1 oz 14% AA Magnum 60 min
1.5 oz 10.6% AA Amarillo 10 min
1.5 oz 13% AA Simcoe 10 min
1.5 oz 6.9% AA Cascade 10 min
1 oz Amarillo 0 min
1 oz Simcoe 0 min
1 oz Cascade 0 min

Dry hop 1.5 oz of Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe

What's the batch size?

Looks good for 5 gallons. Any changes would be based on preference.

I would boost the 60 minute addition with 1/2 oz. Simcoe, add 1/2 oz. Simcoe at 30 minutes, and move 1.5 oz. mixed hops from 10 to 0 minutes. Dryhop looks good. I would dryhop in two stages. First stage = 3 oz. for 4-5 days, then repeat.

looks good, but Id flip flop the 10 and 0....ie do 1.5 of each at 0 instead of 10 and visa versa.


The only other thing I would consider doing is a hop stand instead of a 0 min. Either way it will be a tasty beer.
