hey, got some ringwood yeast, going to do an IPA that is kinda 60 minute IPA-ish. not looking for anything super close.
also have never used victory...

when i drink 60 minute IPA i get lots of malt though everyone else says it's hoppy, kinda raisiny and bready. not much hops...maybe my hops taste buds are worn out :tank:

haven't punched the numbers in so don't know the OG yet but i usually get around 75% efficiency. thinking this will be around 1.072 or so, probably bitter it to ~60IBU, big hops addition at flameout for flavor and aroma.

12 lb maris otter
6oz victory
6oz caramel munich 20
1.5oz caramel munich 120 (this and the special B are together in a jar awaiting use)
2.8 oz special B

1.25 oz magnum at 60

.75 oz amarillo 15
.75 oz willammette 15

2oz amarillo flameout
1oz willammette flameout

dryhop with amarillo...

any thoughts?
is that too little victory for just a subtle breadiness?

Looks like a good recipe to me. The Special B will add biscuit taste, so I don't think more victory is necessary.
