:eek: The goal of this brew is to have Hop Brutality, this is the hoppier version of a recipe I already did which was geared specifically to the hophead. Check it out and enjoy!

5.25 Gal American IPA

7.75# Light Liquid Malt Extract

1.75# Munich Malt
.75# Crystal Malt
.75# Honey Malt

45min steep @153

60min boil

Hop Schedule
1z Columbus – With LME preboil

1z Columbus – 60
1z Centennial – 30
1z Columbus -15
.5z Cascade – 10
.5z Simcoe -10
.5z Cascade- 5
.5z Simcoe - 5

Dry Hop
1z Amarillo
1z Simcoe
1z Cascade

WLP001 California Ale Yeast
3 GAL Steep
Fill to 5.25GAL

Bottle with 1.125C corn sugar

Primary – 7 days
Secondary – 7 days
Filter into Tertiary – 3 days
Bottle Aged – 28 days
 
That sounds awesome! Up there with Ruination or Hopslam I would guess. Good luck, let us know how it turns out.
 
You should try and move the majority of those to late additions if you want "Hop Brutality". You're going to reach the IBU solubility limit early, especially at that low of ABV. Might as well move them up and retain more flavor and aroma.
