I work til 7pm and thats when the homebrew store closes .... i need some iodophor to do some bottling before the weekend ... Anyone ever see this anywhere other then homebrew shops?

If you wanna brew tonight, go to the drug store and look for Providone iodine, or any other Iodine you can find....

Or go to a farm supply store and look for Dionne Gentle 1% Iodine...Mine is dionne, and dairyland teet dip is another one.

Tractor Supply Company - Dionne Gentle Iodine 1%, 16 oz

That's what many of us use....for the dionne I use 1.5 tbs/5 gallons....

FYI,

I don't know about the dairyland brand, but the Dionne does NOT have an antifoaming agent like iodophor has. It will foam up almost as much as starsan if you add it first then pour water onto it. If you wanna avoid that, then add it TO the water after you have filled the container.

I think I need to open a 24hr Home Brewing Convenience Store. :D

Many times have I said damn. I need a hop bag and its 11PM.

........They need to deliver tho....:drunk:
