My Inkbird thermometer just arrived and looks fantastic. So far I’ve only had a chance to check a pork roast compared to my former “go to” meat thermometer and this won hands down as far as speed. Both were within 1/2deg of each other.
Anyone use one of these and have anything other than good news? Longevity is the only box I can see to check off at some point.
