Ingredients lying around - need my fix

I recently put my second batch in the fermenter. I went all grain which was a trip since it was only my second batch. I'm really itching to brew another batch ASAP. Conveniently I have already accumulated these spare ingredients:

2# 2-row pale ale malt
1# extra light DME
About 1# Pilsen DME
1# Briess Munich LME

1 pkg Safale 04
1 vile white labs dry English ale yeast

2 oz Calypso hop pellets

Any ideas for recipes I could try using a good bit of this stuff?

I'd Absolutely love to do a bock but I don't have lagering capabilities yet.
 
Store it in the fridge. I know it's a pain to lager if you have no space. I'm thinking of purchasing frudge for my beer.
