Ingredient converter?

Does anyone know of a website or program available that will convert extract ingredients to all grain ingredients? I found a great recipe but it is an extract recipe.

Beer smith will. Post the recipe here and I bet someone will convert it. I will if I can get to my computer and do it. I've always just converted the base grain and left the rest for steeping.

Grain bill:

1 lbs Honey Malt
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L
4.0 oz Roasted Barley
3 lbs Dark Dry Extract
3 lbs Pilsner Liquid Extract

LME to Grain: lbs LME / .75 = lbs Grain
DME to Grain: lbs DME / .6 = lbs Grain

so your 3 # DME would 5 # grain

and your 3 # LME would be 4 # grain

this is the math to convert extract to grain
