No doubt that all-malt brewing will consume more malt. One thing I am curious about is the affect BMC domination and price squeezing has forced into existance so many breweries.

Back in the 70's you could buy a adjunct beer and the price was nowhere's near a $1 a bottle import Heineken. BUt now that price gap has closed. When I shop and see I can get Budweiser 6 pack for $5.99 or I can get Luginatas six pack oR Heineken 8.99 the price gap has been closed significantly %60 vs. perhaps %20-%30.
