Infection or just CO2?

I have a Witbier that's been in primary for just over 2 weeks and I went in to check gravity today and saw this film on top of it. I've (knock on wood) not had an infected batch yet so I'm not sure what that looks like to compare to.

It doesn't smell funky as far as I can tell but I'm concerned that I may have wrecked this batch. Photo attached.

That does kinda look infected. But a sour wit could be pretty awesome.
