Thank for the step by step Bobby. I hope to build a single tier rig similar to yours and I think that was just the motivation I needed.

What was your recipe for the video brew?

Nice videos! It certainly looks like you've got your process dialed in. Did your brewing assistant wash his hands before he put them on your sanitized fermenter? :D

Pretty dang cool. And I've always loved the fact you've got G. Love and Special Sauce as your theme song. Probably going to see G. Love live this weekend ^_^

But really, nice vid

It's the Smoked Robust Porter recipe from Brewing Classic Styles but I used an extra 2lbs of smoked malt and only used EKG throughout.

Nice videos Bobby! Thanks so much for sharing them with us.

I still am trying to figure out what I want for my brew sculpture, so I love seeing videos with single tiers. Thanks again!

Wow, it all looks very familiar. :D

You're videos are much better quality, and you don't stumble through your words like I do, but here's a video from one of our 2 batch brew days for comparison.

Yeah, I didn't really do any editing other than throwing a bunch of different clips together. I don't have time for anything else.

I was very puzzled at what you were going to do with that shopvac...

I never woulda thought of that, what a great idea!

Can't wait to get home and check these out! I had a thought of doing a similar thing, but not until I believed I really understood what I was doing!

Excellent video! Keep up the good work! :-D

Would love to see a more detailed take on what happens after cooling, though. I know it isn't much, but us n00bs love to make sure that we're doing what the pros are up to.
