I was in my lhbs and saw this on the shelf. The description on the label is intriguing. What would you brew with this ?
Looks interesting. Is it a blend of different malts, or a type of biscuit malt?
My first thoughts were to use it in an English ale (Brown or Bitter), but being a Belgian malt, maybe you could use it in a Trappist ale. With a 10lb bag, you'll get to try it in lots of brews anyway!
