First of all I don't slant or freeze yeast (yet)
I'm just washing yeast and storing the jars in the fridge.
...but SWMBO doesn't want my jars overtaking her fridge!
I know that neither the yeast or myself will hold up very well if we're thrown out into the streets, so we must remedy the situation!
I have a little wine chiller that cools down to 45*F that would be perfect for my harvested yeast, but is that cool enough for the yeast have a nice long slumber?
