I picked up some old brass mushroom type beer towers, need help with the shanks...

Like the title says, I picked up a couple of used brass mushroom type beer towers a little while ago, and I'd like to restore them. The faucets will need to be rebuilt, and that's not a problem, they're all standard faucets. However, the shanks for the towers are smaller than standard shanks. They look to be 1/2" outside diameter:

The nut on the end of the shank takes a 3/4" socket.

Does anyone know where to find the washer, coupling nut and tailpiece for this size shank? I've checked Micromatic and Beverage Factory and I can't find anything using Google.

Thanks, I did check there briefly yesterday too, but didn't see anything. I'll email them to see if they can tell me anything.
