I need to brew FFS

I haven't brewed in almost 5 months and my supply is LOW. Over Christmas i kegged a really bland hefe and bottled an awesome pale and stout which were all done for a friend so i didn't even get to enjoy them.

So i think i'll dump the hefe and make room for Orfy's hobgoblin clone since me and my flatmates love the goblin.

I'l maybe try a smash recipe as well with english ingredients since i've been biased so far towards american and irish recipes. Any suggestions on this?

You can always add some fruit or spices to the hefe. It will give you something to drink while waiting.

You can always round up your flatmates and drink the hefe instead of dumping it.

+1 to adding something to the Hefe, add some orange zest to the Hefe and wait a few days.

Dude, I hear ya. Well, I hadn't brewed for a few months last fall. Lately I'm doing ok.
