I have, at most, 15" of clearance on my stove and I want a 10 gallon aluminum kettle that's around 13" in hight. Anyone have any suggestions? I found S/S ones online but I would rather not spend that much on the pot. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Look up thunder group 40 qt. It's 12" tall, 16.5" wide and stainless. Reasonably priced for stainless. Think it comes in aluminum too, not sure if dimensions are the same. Other people on here own them.

I have a korkmaz which is 48 qt, and wide. My boil off rate is 2+ g/hr so be prepared to add water or start higher. Korkmaz show up on ebay from time to time.

These look to be 10-1/4"
Check out Update International. Both Northern Brewer and Morebeer get their post from this supplier:

I mention this because you will be able to get false bottoms easily for these pots. Additionally, you should be able to get these pots from a commercial restaurant supply really cheap.

I got three 20 gallon from http://www.dvorsons.com/ for $150 each. I am sure that a 10 gallon aluminum will be much cheaper.

Most restaurant supply houses buy from Update on a regular basis and you may be able to get your pot in a regular order to save on shipping. That is what I did.

I got one of these for my all-grain brewing, and it works great. It also looks to be about the size you're asking about.
