Hey everyone,
I have been around but just reading threads now and then (especially the edwort brewporn palace build threat
) but i havent been on nearly as much as I wanted to since I have been working full time for the largest craft brewery in New England. I have learned so much about beer culture, brewing, and everything about that over the past 7 months its frightening. One thing I have not had the chance to do is homebrew, so I plan on brewing 2 batches over the next few weeks and the styles couldn't be more different. First, I think I'll brew a California Common aka Steam Beer and once I rack that to bottles, I will brew a Saison from a recipe i pulled from a 365 bottles of beer for the year calendar.
Anywho, this is me just checking in, hopefully everyone's been well and swing by the brewery sometime!
