Looking for anyone with a recipe suggestion. I have a bunch of Warrior and Chinook. I need to use it up.

So, what would you brew ? I think I have 4 or 5 ounces of each.

When I saw your post my first thought was Beer! then I realized I'm an ass...

Seriously.. I'd bitter with the warrior and flavor and finish with the chinook- then dry hop with a little of both. I'd go for an OG around 1.07, mash at 150F and see what happens. anyhow.. that's what I'd do.

I made a lager with Warrior, i wouldnt hesitate to do a late addition or dry hop with the chinook either.Turned out fantastic. If your adventurous.Otherwise ipa.

In the late spring I did an all chinook pale ale. It was supposed to be an IPA but my grind on my grains was off and didn't give the style-appropriate gravity.

Still KICK ASS tasting beer. I am absolutely going to make that again, and try to re-mistake my mash.
