So I made a batch of wort (only my 3rd) and due to my work/school schedule I was unable to bottle it when I was supposed to. It has now been 2 weeks. So my questions are:
1) Is the yeast dead at this point? It would seem to me that they would be, so is it even worth trying to bottle?
2) Can I add yeast to it and then begin the bottling process? If so, how much yeast should I add and how long should I wait to bottle it? Will this significantly change the taste?
