I am Amazed

As I sit her watching the football game sipping on a Pale Ale (Yoopers Pale Ale) that I brewed, I amazed that I can brew a beer that is a good as most any that I can buy.

I have only been brewing for a few of months, but is the best hobby/obsession that I have ever had.

I am also a bit druck

Cheers man! The best part is, you don't even have to be very good at it to make a decent beer. Been drinking my IPA that I think is clean and hoppy deliciousness. I sent it in to a local competition and it got very mediocre scores. WTH do they know? haha

i'm drunkish too. just had some of my coffee stout and was thinking the same thing. that thing being, "i am the ****." i'm not saying it boastfully, just as a fact. its october 9th, 2+2=4, and i am the ****. that is all. thank you.

Ya, it IS a bit magical; I mean to be able to make beer is pretty freaking AWSOME!!! And being able to make good beer puts you a few steps above those corporate dillholes that make the BMC crapola. Gives us all the yearning to make truly GREAT beer (say it like Tony the Tiger!) ya, I want to make beer that makes people who make good beer say "It's GRRRRREAT"!!! like Tony the Tiger...
And they MEAN IT!
