I am planning on brewing my first lager soon, it will be a doppelbock. I know this is not the easiest style of beer to make to I would like some feedback on my recipe. Thanks!

Batch Size (fermenter): 5.50 gal
Estimated OG: 1.082 SG
Estimated Color: 20.2 SRM
Estimated IBU: 21.7 IBUs
