So I finally received the parts needed to start my side by side build (STC controllers, fans, louvers, etc.).

I also ordered the Eva-Dry E-500 to control humidity, I learned last time around that this is a real issue.

So should I put the Eva-Dry on the fermentation side or serving side? I'm thinking the ferm side but maybe it would be better on the serv side? Fans will only circulate air when the ferm side calls for it.

Yeah I got a lil comp fan in mind, it just doesn't know it yet.

The cool side will be the ferm side though, lager type of guy here and the cold side will be the serv/lagering side. With that being said I'm now thinking put it on the serv side and when the ferm side calls for air maybe it will bring drier air in?

Cheap enough to try, but I doubt it'd do anything useful.
Gun safe /= chest freezer wrt temperature cycling and sub-zero wall temps...

Cheers!
