1.00 oz Horizon [11.60 %] (120 min) (Mash Hop) 11.0 IBU
0.50 oz Galena [14.20 %] (120 min) (First Wort Hop) 24.2 IBU
1.00 oz Galena [14.20 %] (60 min) 53.8 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [7.00 %] (15 min) 3.5 IBU
1.00 oz Williamette [6.40 %] (15 min) 6.5 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [7.00 %] (0 min)
1.00 oz Williamette [6.40 %] (0 min)

Well, that IS simple! Naturally, you could add some biscuit/Munich/whatever for more complexity, but it certainly isn't necessary (Thomas Hardy Ale was base malt only). It looks like it could be quite delicious!
