Howdy ya'll, I've been a HBT stalker for a little while and finally decided to make an account and help contribute.
I've been aggressively trying to upgrade my equipment for this addicting hobby and have been obsessively trying to research everything about everything; reading books, listening to podcasts, scouring forums, etc. I'm on an all-grain setup using standard kettles / coolers and am starting to invest in the fermenting side of things. Ultimately, I'd like to switch to an electric setup so that I can get out of this brutal southern heat.
