I just joined the forum after reading many posts here and finally have some questions of my own. So far I've brew three beer, the third that I brewed last night was my first all grain. I'm not turning back to extra, the All Grain was a lot easier than I thought. Looking forward to learning with you guys.

Welcome aboard. I did my first AG over the weekend also. I can't say that I won't go back to extract brews though. There are a couple really good recipes in my log that I don't think could be improved by doing AG versions, so I'll probably brew those occasionally. I might try to convert the recipes to all-grain just to see what the comparison would be, but when you KNOW you can get a great beer with an extract recipe, it might be difficult to not use that recipe again
