Long time lurker, first time poster. I've used this forum for reference a lot over the last few years, but I found and old thread about some Milk Mead that I needed to resurrect to get some help so I finally joined.
I have a lot of fermenting and culturing experience (cheese, saurkraut, yogurt, sourdough breads, sugar washes for ??, etc), but fairly new to all grain brewing. I did a few extract and mini mashes that turned out fine over the last few years, but I thought I'd give all grain a go and got my butt kicked. That kind of made me want to be better at it, so I have been brewing every weekend and steadily improving.
Looking forward to actually participating in collective here.
