How to use basil

Greetings,

I would like to hear from brewers that have used basil. How much did you use and how did you use it? (i.e. in the boil, whirlpool, keg)

The same process could probably be applied with a beer. Although, perhaps using similarly to coriander in wit, might be another path to take.
