I just picked up an Extract kit, how do I store all of it For brewing in a couple weeks?

Yeast: fridge
Hops: don't know (I'd say fridge)
Else: cool, dry place

Edit: sugar and other dry white powder (booster? not sure of the kit) is probably fine anywhere.

I left the yeast out for a bit and the bag started to expand just a little. Can I just throw it in the fridge and it will stay good for a couple weeks or is the bag shot and I should buy another?

your good. Dont forget to take it out early so it gets to room temp and smack it so it swells before pitching. Making a yeast starter a few days earlier would be better.

Yeast in the fridge.

For a couple of weeks everything else will be fine if kept cool and dry.

Hops keep best in the freezer, but 2 weeks is no big deal.
