Howd'y all

Well in fairness it's been years since a brew so I thought I had better check in as it's been for ever since last clean..
Equipment to clean: Pepsi kegs, Twin taps,

Equipment to replace: Internal Heater, Fermentation Vat, tubing for Taps,
O-ring's, keg plug kits.

What do I need to properly clean this...

PBW or oxi clean, bar keepers friend for stainless, and star San to sanitize.

Perhaps beer line cleaner, but if your replacing lines?

This^^^^^^. I'd replace beer line, hoses and such if it's been that long.

Hot water and OxyClean (non-scented), overnight soak and rinse well.

StarSan is da bomb. An 8oz bottle of concentrate will make 40 gallons. A spray bottle of it is extremely handy.
