Im planning on brewing a small batch this weekend, somewhere between 2 to 2.5 to gallon. I have no problem getting the beer into the small glass carboy but what i am concern is, getting it out from the carboy and straight into the bottle. what techniques have you used in the past to manage small batches?
i would really appreciate the info and knowledge.
