I am looking for a clone recipe for the German Paulaner wheat beer. I especially like the banana-like flavour which is more pronounced than with any other wheat beer I have tried.

I've searched and read a lot on Paulaner clones, I picked this one and replaced the ingredients to what I can obtain:

What do you think? Have you tried brewing something similar? Got any tips for me?

I don't understand why beercalculus is estimating my OG to 1.026. I used 9.2 pounds of grain for a 5 gal batch. Isn't that enough grain to get an OG of 1.050? Or am I missing something?
