Hey guys and gals,
So I bought two sacks from two different suppliers and I am worried I got a sack of really old grain... the bag on the right looks like ones I have got in the past but the one on the left looks different. Is there somewhere that says how to read the codes on the bag to find year it was malted. I am scare I have grain that is the few years old and is gonna ruin my batches, you pay for a premium product and you want a premium product of course!
