I am attempting my first cider. It will be a apple peach cider. I purchased 5 gallons of unpasteurized apple cider. I got it poured into the carboy and dropped a few campden tablets in to kill off the bacteria. My question is tomorrow when I pitch my yeast how much should I pitch? I have a 11g Nottingham high performance ale yeast pack.
