I wanna say one cup but I'm not 100% certain. Maybe it's 1/2?

Give it a search, I'm sure you'll find an answer.

EDIT: not much help, am I?

thats a good link that allows you to change your carb volumes per the style of brew you're making.

I've never used table sugar, but i know 3/4 of a cup of brown sugar works perfectly for a 5 gal batch, i've used it a few times. Don't know how it would do for styles with higher or lower preferred volumes of CO2 though.

Good luck

I'd highly recommend measuring by weight rather than volume. 3/4 cup of sugar can vary depending on how packed it ends up in the cup.

If you use that tastybrew calculator, you might consider leaning to the higher side of the range. I was using the middle-lower end the first couple times I used it and felt my beer was quite undercarbonated. When I went to the higher end, it was just right.
