So, I'd say you can brew any recipe that has a grain bill 25 pounds or less. Green Bay Rackers--Mash Calculators For example: Edwort's Haus Pale Ale is 10.5 lbs of grain for a 5.5 gallon batch. You could easily brew a 10 gallon batch of that.
