I'm not sure yet. The world didn't end, so it started ok! Made a really big starter and the damn thing exploded! Blew the bung and airlock off of the carboy within a few hours. HUGE mess in my fermenting fridge! Got it cleaned up, ran a blow off tube and it is still kicking some major butt! We'll know in a few weeks I guess.
