I put up 5 gallons this weekend. I put in half a gallon of white grape juice and a half gallon of cranberry and pomegranate juice to give it some other flavors, so I guess technically it's 4 gallons of apple wine and 1 gallon "other". Added some sugar (didn't measure it) and ended up with a 1.085 SG used Lavlin 1118 yeast and had an overflow yesterday (doh) so much for "wine doesn't make much krausen" haha
