Is there an easy way to do this? I brewed a big stout and ended up enjoying the partigyle more than the big beer. Can I some how scale the original recipe to recreate the partigyle?

use a brewing calculator.

same grainbill, but target the gravity of the small beer.

Damnit, I've already changed my recipe in beersmith for the next time I brew the big beer. Oh well, I'll try my best from memory.

you do know that in beer smith you can copy to the brew log and leave the original untouched right? (if not, when in folder where you keep your recipes, highlight a recipe and then click the button at the top that says copy to brew log. )
