Greetings Brewers,

I've made three batches using extract kits, so now I'd like to put together my own little extract kit of ingredients to brew.
My goal is to make something similar to a Blue Moon seasonal spiced ale.

So I was going to go to northern brewer, order a malt extract, some hops, some coriander, orange peel, and what ever spice I need.

The beer I'm trying to replicate, or at least come close, had a cinnamon taste with a slight pumpkin flavor, if I remember correctly.
So what could I use for that flavor? Also, any malt or hops recommendations?

Thanks

How about just adding pumpkin pie spice. It has it all in there but nutmeg I think.

Maybe Wit or Weizen yeast.

Do I just buy some pumpkin pie spice at the grocery store, and throw in last few min of boil?
What would give the spice taste without pumpkin flavor?

Can I get a lil' less pumpkin and a lil' more spice? The spice, in the beer I'm trying to come close to, had more of a strong spice and weak pumpkin flavor.
