I've got this bag of pilsner malt sitting here and have been making good use of it. We decided on a Helles, but I wanted a heavier mouthfeel and more grainy/malt flavor. I mashed at 154F and I still may try mashing at 158F in the future. I've made this twice and it is a drinker. There's some sweetness in the malt background. I just reviewed a bunch of recipes and put together what sounded good to me.

Cream Helles just sounds right to us. I know that cream ales really aren't creamy, but this one is.

This is a 5 gallon, AG recipe using BIAB (It's all I know) I use a large MoreBeer brew bag in a 15 gallon SS kettle.

OG 1.050
FG 1.016

Yeast - Safale 05 (I'm sure there's a better yeast for this, but I got lots of 05)

Grain bill
6.5 lbs german pilsner malt
1 lb munich
1 lb Vienna
.75 lb carahell or carapils (I think they're the same thing)

Hops
1.25oz Hallertau @ 60 min

8.75 gallons strike volume water

Mash at 154F for 60 min (This is where I believe a lot of the body comes from. Again, I want to give 158F a shot)

Boil for 90 min. Whirlfoc @ 10 min

Ferment @ 64F for 2 weeks. (I'm sure 3 weeks wouldn't hurt)

Keg, chill, gelatin, carb(I like 10psi), consume :ban:

Driv-ah like ya stole-ah
