I'd like to brew the Chiswick Bitter the AHA created to honor Michael Jackson.
I'm having trouble finding all the hops, though. I was hoping to get some hops substitution advice.
I think i can get EKG and Challenger from Northern Brewer. I was thinking maybe Galena for the Northdown, but i'm not sure of a sub for target. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
