Hops ice cream

Anybody ever try to make hop ice cream? It must be attempted.

A creamery up the street from me has done a 'malted hop' ice cream in the past that's pretty good. Not my favorite, but it's worth a half scoop any time it's there when we stop in.

There's a place not far from me that does a cherry - IPA ice cream, using beer from the brewery down the street.
That or their bourbon vanilla (using real bourbon, of course...) are my favorites there.
