I'm brewing a barley wine (more english than american) in a few days.

I've got 4oz EKGs and I'm planning on using these. I need to add more hops than this, however. Here are the hops I have to choose from:

Cascade Pellet Hops
Cluster Pellet Hops
Columbus Pellet Hops
Centennial Pellet Hops
Chinook Pellet Hops
Fuggle Pellet Hops (US)
Nugget Pellet Hops
Magnum (GR) Pellet Hops
U.S. Golding PelleHops
Willamette Pellet Hops
CITRA LEAF HOP
Galena Leaf Hops
Target (GR) Pellet Hops
Northern Brewer (GR) Pellet Hops
Sonnet Leaf Hop

Any suggestions? What will compliment the EKGs?

Thanks!

I'd go with williamette or Fuggle or both. Do you have all these hops at your house? Thats a nice selection

I got them from Hops Direct for ~$0.60/oz and my in-laws were kind enough to donate a small freezer to the brewery :)

I say do the bulk of your bittering with Nugget, Magnum, or Galena then use the EKGs at 20 & flame-out/dry-hop. If you're looking more for a diverse hop presence I'll bet you can get a very good profile with Target, Goldings, Fuggles, & Northern Brewer, could even add a dash of C hops, 1/2 oz. or less.

Phillip
