I've never used Nelson Sauvin in such a strong role, and wanted some feedback on the following recipe:

OG 1.061
FG 1.016

20lbs Maris Otter
1 lb Caramel Vienne 20L
1 lb Caramel Malt 80L
1 lb Caramel Malt 20L
1 lb Carapils Malt 8.0 oz

1/2 oz Nelson Sauvin @ 20 min
1/2 oz Nelson Sauvin @ 15 min
1/2 oz Nelson Sauvin @ 10 min
1/2 oz Nelson Sauvin @ 5 min
1/2 oz Nelson Sauvin @ 0 min
1/2 oz Citra @ 20 min
1/2 oz Citra @ 15 min
1/2 oz Citra @ 10 min
1/2 oz Citra @ 5 min
1/2 oz Citra @ 0 min
1/2 oz Amarillo @ 20 min
1/2 oz Amarillo @ 15 min
1/2 oz Amarillo @ 10 min
1/2 oz Amarillo @ 5 min
1/2 oz Amarillo @ 0 min

1 oz Nelson Sauvin Dry Hop
1 oz Citra Dry Hop
1 oz Amarillo Dry Hop

American Ale II 1272

Mas @ 150.0 °F for 60 min

I'm using brewtoad for the recipe creation, so the FG is probably a bit high as it doesn't take mash temp into account. I would expect it to be somewhere closer to 1.012 or so. IBU came out to 47 IBU. A bit high for a pale ale, but since it is all late additions, it think it should be ok.

I'm mostly looking for feedback on the hop schedule. I also have Falconer's Flight (4oz) and Mosaic (2oz) that I can sub in for whatever.

I'd drop the carapils and one of the C20s.

I'd also simplify the hop schedule.

0.5 oz Nelson Sauvin @ 20 min
0.5 oz Citra @ 20 min

1 oz Nelson Sauvin @ 10 min
1 oz Citra @ 10 min
0.5 oz Amarillo @ 10 min

2 oz Citra @ 0 min
1 oz Amarillo @ 0 min

2 oz Nelson Sauvin Dry Hop
2 oz Amarillo Dry Hop
+ Mosaic/FF Dry Hop if needed/desired
