Tasting Notes
Well balanced, hop-forward, citrusy, medium dry
11 lbs Pale 2-Row
1.5 lbs Maris Otter
.75 lbs Corn sugar
.5 lbs Crystal 40L
.5 lbs Munich (US) 20L

1 oz Centennial @ 90 min
1 oz Amarillo @ 60 min
1 oz Amarillo @ 30 min
1 oz Cascade @ 30 min
1 oz Amarillo @ 0 min
1 oz Amarillo @ 0 min

1.5 oz Cascade Dry Hop 12 days
1.5 oz Amarillo Dry Hop 12 days
.75 oz Cascade Dry Hop 5 days (note, add for last five days of first DH addition)
.75 oz Amarillo Dry Hop 5 days (note, add for last five days of first DH addition)

Mash at 149 degrees for 60 minutes, sparge as appropriate for your system.

Carbonate @ 2.0-2.2 vols

NOTE: While not the heaviest hop load in the recipe database, there are enough hops in this recipe that if you don't have a good method for reclaiming wort from the hops, adjust your volume targets to account for higher than average hop losses....it is not uncommon that I lose .75-1 gallon, especially with leaf hops (I don't squeeze, and I don't have a spider/bag, etc.

I've brewed this recipe several times now, and it's pretty close to where I want it. Need to dry it out a touch more, and I am going to lighten the color in the next batch....maybe drop the Crystal to .25 lb, and go to C-20.

I never got a picture of the last keg before the beer cleared up, as the keg only lasted a week. Here's how it looked after about 4 days in the kegerator. There were still hop floaties in the glass (wasn't my cleanest attempt at racking ever!) :)
