So I made a starter from one of my bottles. I decanted about 1/2 gal of fermented wort off the top. I used DME with no hops and stepped it up twice from bottle to end up with this amount.
Sipping it down. It is uncarbonated and unhopped. Strangely, it tastes exactly like the imperial pilsner from Extreme Brews.
